Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our wholesale and distribution store.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels, restocking as needed, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with the distribution team to manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
• Create a welcoming and customer-centric environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, promotions, and events.
• Monitor and manage store expenses, including operating costs and payroll, to maintain profitability.
• Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports, presenting findings to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines.
• Provide training to new hires, ensuring they are well-informed about company products and procedures.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within a retail, wholesale, or distribution environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with staff and customers.
• Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and basic financial reporting.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to store operations.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Have a minimum of 5 years as a Store Manager

Salary : £38800 per annum
40 hours per week: 09.00 A.M to 17.30 P.M (Monday to Friday)
